Introduction

It is the thesis of this website that appropriate and deliberate use of wikis in the primary classroom can assist in the development of literacy skills in primary school students.  Whilst this is not necessarily easily accomplished in the classroom of today, this site seeks to demonstrate that students can benefit from web 2.0 collaborative writing tools, such as wikis, in ways that are not easily possible in the traditional chalk and talk classroom.
